As we expanded from a company building a single product to one building five products in parallel our app just didn't keep up. So I led a rethink of the ClassDojo app focused on how we could create a single, cohesive experience.

We integrated all appointments, invitations, and class calendars into a single tab. We surfaced important notifications across products in a swipable feed at the top of the home feed. Every surface was reconsidered.

Resulting in a dramatically simpler experience that parents loved.
