Andrew Wilkinson and Chris Sparling of Tiny asked me to take on redesigning, rebuilding, and relaunching Flow. Over the course of 18 months, we not only redesigned every pixel and screen in the app, we reconsidered the entire structure and feature set. We saw more than 80% adoption by existing customers within the first week and a return to growth after years of declining growth after relaunch.

Flow is used by more than 300,000 teams in more than 140 countries including Shopify, Axios, Harvard, Merck, and Carhartt.
